How this 8-Week Challenge Works?

This 8-week challenge is an action based approach to reset how you tackle your everyday life. We will start with incorporating little habits and will gradually build a morning and night routine for ourselves.

These habits & routine building will help us in balancing our mind, body and spirit! By the end of week one you will start to notice subtle changes in your energy levels and more positive interactions at work & home!

I want you to understand that the sole objective of this challenge is to make a positive shift in your mindset so that you feel confident to get out of your daily rut and look forward to making bigger changes in life. The action steps are meticulously put together to do a little something for your mind, body and spirit every single day.

Instead of explaining the science behind it I challenge you to willingly try and see the result for yourself! Stop complaining and rationalising how you see things… Try a different perspective, a different approach and take action before you start contemplating it in your head.

Let’s Begin!

Each week starts with a couple of action steps that you need to follow each day to the best of your ability. The action steps for each week includes practicing some form of mindfulness, prepping your body and tuning into your active consciousness. Do not underestimate the power of these little steps, they have been deliberately kept simple so that you can start right away without making any huge changes to your daily routine!

Practicing Mindfulness

Do not let information overload drown you every day! Limit your inputs and set aside some time to listen to your body, mind & spirit! Let your mind focus on what is important for you first and not others. Let your brain avoid decision fatigue by doing little planning for each day.

 

Taking Care of Your Body

An awakened, intellectual mind needs a healthy body to work with! Your body carries the weight of your goals and responsibilities every single day. Show it some love before it gives up on you! No matter how busy you are you can always do something to nourish your body and it doesn’t necessarily have to be long sessions at the gym!

Tune Into Your Consciousness!

Listen to what your intuition has to say to you about your life. Block the outside noise and tune into your inner wisdom. Everybody has got some, don’t let anybody tell you otherwise! Whether it’s about a difficult situation that you need to face at workplace or anything else, you can find all answers within. Follow your internal GPS, i.e., your intuition!
